Where can I find a music collaborator?

I have some lyrics that I just wrote, but for the life of me I can't
come up with music! So I started thinking about collaborating with
someone who could write music, specifically pop. Do you think this is
a good idea? If I wanted to give the song to a producer, would I have
to get their permission or vice versa? Would they own the music and
would I own the lyrics, or would we own both? Where can I find a music
collaborator, or is anyone interested? Thank you so much in advance!
