Why isn't The Mentalist on Zune or iTunes to download?

I have really wanted to watch all the episodes and when I went to look
on Zune all the shows from CBS were there except for The Mentalist.
The same goes for when I checked iTunes. Does anybody know why the
show isn't sold on either?
